<br /> (2) Fu~e Extensions The Company agrees to make the necessary exten-

<br />tional 1stops for ~nite Hay Lightir~ as the. City may f~om time t~o time request, all in accord-

<br />ance with the Company's Rules and Regulations and at the rates and subjec to the conditions
<br />applicable to such service, a s set out in Pa~t III of this contra~.

<br />
<br />STREET, ALLEY, TRAFFIC SIGNA~AND PARK
<br /> LIGHTING SERViCE
<br />
<br /> (1) Installation and ~aintenance. of Lamps The Company agrees that,
<br />throughout the tez~no f this agreement, it will keep installed, at its own cost and expense,
<br />incandescent lmmps, including the necessary fixtures and wiring (except traffic signals, all
<br />of which are to be installed and maintained at the cos~ and expense of the City) at the points
<br />in the public streets and alleys of the City and parks located within or outside of the cor-
<br />porate 2~mfts of the~:City where such lamps-a~e ~ow being operated, and at such other points
<br />as the City may designate, and~that it m~lI make a schedule showing the location of said
<br />and the character of lamp plae~d at each location, ~ud will supply the necessary electric cu,-
<br />rent for the operation of said lamps, and will operate, malntain~ keep clean and r enow the same
<br />upon the terms and subject to ~he conditions herein set forth. The fixtures covered by the
<br />following schedules, except where othez~rise speeificslly designated, shall b e of the same or
<br />similar desiguto those which have heretofore been i n~talled by the Company in the City.

<br /> (2) Number of Street Lamps The City agrees that dtt~ing the term of this

<br /> The Company reserves the right to substitute multiple lamps of

<br />reason to make such substitution.

<br />(e)
<br />
<br /> For~the operation of any lamp installed du~ing a contract year
<br />and not in operation for all of such contract year, the rates and
<br />charges shall be deteEained on a pro rata basis at the yearly rates
<br />herein specified.

<br />(f) The terms "all night~ shall mean the time between half an hott~
<br /> after sunset and half anho~r before sUn~ise~ respectively, a s.given
<br /> in Port Calendar for the Unmted States Navy Za~ Pert~outh,Vmrginia.
