I~t is my belief that the cities of Norfolk and Portsmouth
<br />must either adopt or reject D~ylight Saving Time by con-
<br />certed action, and that any other course would lead to un-
<br />acceptable confusion.
<br /> Yesterday a poll was taken to-~termine the sentiments
<br />of ~the employees of the Shipyard,in this matter. The results
