Eleven of the utility buildings are now <br />rented~for approximately $275.00 per month, or a gross annual rental <br />of ~,~00.00. This leaves six buildings to b e used for storage and <br />other purposes. It is to b e noted that the community building i s not <br />even included i n the rental category of the buildings. <br /> We would be glad ~e consider an offer of not less than <br />which more nearly represents the salvage value of these structures. <br /> In the absence of a mere satisfactory error,we will continue to <br />handle the premises and imm~rovements as at presemt ~ntil a definite <br />determination is made concerning the disposition e f the i~provements <br />Prmer to ret~n of the land to the own~r~ <br /> A.R.
