<br />the violation thereof.
<br /> In the second paragraph, the following is quoged "This 0rdi-
<br />nance shall not apply to the maintenance of stay existing struc-
<br />ture of its. present, size or capacity within said limits or to
<br />the establishment and maiutenance of: not. more than fo'~ tai~ks
<br />of five hundred and fifty gallons capacity each placed under-
<br />ground for the storage of gasoline or other inflammable mater-
<br />ials in an ar~a of not le ss khan 5000 square feet.
<br /> Me are recommending that part of the ordinance be changed as
<br />fellows:
<br /> 'This Ordinance shall n et apply to the maintenance of
<br />any existing structure of its present size and capacity within
<br />said limits or to the establishment and maintenance of not more
<br />than eight tanks of 1000 gallons capacity or similar tanks not
<br />to exceed 8000 gallons t oral capacity for the storage of gaso -
<br />line or other infla~nable materials, each at least five feet
<br />apart."

<br />a successful decision in annexation, that I be authorized immeidately to enter into a contract
<br />with International Business Eachine Corporation to D~nish necessary facilities at a cost not
<br />to exceed $6, S00.00 per year.
