Lippman, <br /> Er. Lippman desires to rent this land aud erect thereon a build- <br />ing in which he can store stock and offers to pay a rental of $180~00 per year, with the under- <br />sts_uding that he will remove the building on thirty days' notice. <br /> ~. Lippman has oonstructed a small place for stock on tho rear <br />of thim property but has erected an additional building on theE merit of the City's property and <br />is now using it as a store. <br /> It is my recommendation that you terminate the lease for the <br />property aud negotiate.a new.contract on a more equitable basis." <br /> <br /> ~!otmon of ~r.
