<br />The Colonial Stores are terminating their lease for
<br />property at 800 County St., on July l~th, 1~8, and
<br />they further advise that they will move out prior to
<br />January 1st, 19~8.
<br />The Colonial Stores are terminating their lease on
<br />the northeast comer of Randolph St. and Elm Avenue
<br />on ~ay 1st, 1~8, with a f~ther addenda that the
<br />property will be vacated prior to January 1st, 19~8~"

<br />of Fourth St. and Gosport Road, approximately 20 feet by ~0 feet, which land is between the
<br />sidewalk on Gosport Road and the property b elonging to ~. Lippman,
<br /> Er. Lippman desires to rent this land aud erect thereon a build-
<br />ing in which he can store stock and offers to pay a rental of $180~00 per year, with the under-
<br />sts_uding that he will remove the building on thirty days' notice.

<br />of thim property but has erected an additional building on theE merit of the City's property and
<br />is now using it as a store.
