<br />did not believe we could have recovered the full amo'~t of the taxes from the sale of the
<br />property. ~ais suit was instituted by Robert C. Barclay, IiZ, and it was through his efforts
<br />the ta~es were cCllected.:~

<br />Board would-close the year With a deficit in its general acco~mut. ~e are now in a position to

<br />in the two general c!ass~f~ca~ons in the budget: ~p?ation {including janitor s salaries,
