The following letter from th~ City Attorney wes presented: <br /> <br /> ~I am sending herewith the following ordinances which have been ap? <br />proved by Wood, King and Dawson, the attorneys employed to pass upon the legality o f the Sani- <br />tation Bonds to be issued by the City. <br /> First: An ordinance rescinding the ordinance adopted by the City <br />Council on September 30th, 1941, for the issuance eT Sanitation Bonds and which was approved <br />by an election held in November of that year, and all proceedings which have been had in rela- <br />tion thereto. <br /> Second: An ordinance providing for the collection of and fixing <br />fees, rents and charges for services of the sewage disposal system. <br /> Third: Au ordinance authorizing the issuance of $1,700,000. of <br />Sanitation Bonds. <br /> The Council might consider three things in connection with the bond <br />ordinance, first, the date of the bonds, second, the maturity dates, and third, whether an <br />anticipation clause should be inserted.
