<br /> 1st - ~An Ordinance to Repeal an Ordinance adopted by the
<br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, on the 50th day of
<br />September, 19~l, relating to the issuance of One ~illion Seven
<br />Hunted Thousand Dollars of Sanitation Bonds of the City of Ports-
<br />mouth, and all prooeiedings had in connection.therewith, including
<br />an Ordinance adopted by the Council of t~e C~ty of Portsmouth~on
<br />~he ZSth day of December, 19~5, for the ~ssuance of Three Munmred
