Youell, Director, Division of Corrections <br />Department of Welfare, was read~ and ordered filed. <br /> <br /> ~'The lock~up of the City of Portsmouth was inspected by this Division <br />on i~arch 23, 1949. A report on this inspection is submitted herewith.
