<br />ps_red by Greeley and H~sen, Engineers, now on file in the official records of the Federal
<br />Works Agency.
<br /> It is understood ~ud agreed by the Grantor and the Government that the
<br />easement hereby granted is subject to existing easements for water lines, s ewer lines, elec-
<br />tric lines, telegraph lines, and all other rights or privileges now enjoye~y the .Grantor
<br />which are not inconsistent with the terms andconditions of this deed of easement.
<br /> It is further understood ~ud agreed that all street openings in connec-
<br />tion with the construction, o~ ration, maintenance, repair and replacement of the sewer line,
<br />or lines, and appurtenances thereto, must be made under the supervision of the Director of
<br />Public Works of the Cmty ~f Portsmon~h, and that the pavements ~d street surfacings shall be
<br />~eStored to their former condition, mn a satisfactory wor~anlike manner subject to t he appro-
<br />val of the Director of Pu~blic Works or'said City.
