On motion filed. 7th - "I am submitting herewith a Resolution directing the City Manager to execute a deed conveying to the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company a right of way ~nd easement for a telegraph wire !~ne of the Western Union Telegraph Company over and un der the gromnd recently acquired for the new colored High ~ehool. ! recomuend-that the deed be executed."
