237 vote: that the City Manager of said city be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company and to sign same on behalf of the said City: whereby the said Railroad Company gives and grants unto the said City~ the. right and privilege to lay and maintain~ for the purpose of a City Water main~ a line of ten inch cast iron pipe across the right of way and underneath the tracks of the Railroad Comoany at Churchland~ Virginia: at a point 1328 feet southwestwkrd!y measured along the center line of the Railroad Cbmpany's Pig Point branch main track~ from mile post BE-23!; as particularly described in said agreement~ said agreement dated November !g~1951."
