<br />the question of investigating the maintenance cost of the two types of air-conditioning equi~ent for the City
<br />Collector's office was referred to me.
<br /> I have made an investigation and have found t~at the Frigidaire equipment was
<br />lower in the cost of equipment and also in maintenance cost over a period of five years. I have therefore awarded
<br />the contract for the Frigidaire equipment."
