<br />The following letter from Wm. Hodges Baker, Clerk of the Hustings Court, was read:

<br />Cehtificate of the Commissioners of E~ection, giving the result of the Special Election held on Novem~er 6, 1951~
<br />to authorize the issuance of $1,750,000~00 Sewage Disposal Bonds, at which election Nine Hundred Twenty-three
<br />(923) votes were cast for the bond issue and Two Hundred Fifty-six (256) votes were cast against it. I am in-
<br />closing at ~he direction of the Court, a cer$ified copy of an order entered filing the a~bove-mentioned certifi-
<br />cate of election in the Clerk's office of this Court."
