<br />safety standpoint that the State can not approve the location of this project ~long Hamilton ~venue unless a chant
<br />is made in the A~ir Lzue Boulevard at its ~_ntersection with High Street, preferably with Biagram ~rl which has been
<br />submitted to you. -
<br /> Under the circumstances, we respectfully request your advice as to a re-routing ~rom the pres-
<br />ent intersection, since your Council has stated ~hat they will not agree to closing any part of the Air Line
<br />Boulevard. As discussed in this office, the proposal of following the A & B Pd~. right of way and along Fauquier
<br />Avenue appears reasonable and practical and we are prepared to immediately arrange for a survey of that line
<br />sho~zld you so advise that it is ~cceptable to the City° Yours very truly,

<br /> The ~white citizens of the City sha~'l have the use of the Golf Course known as Glensheatlah
<br /> on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays ~ud ~undays of each week.
<br /> The Negro citizens of the City shall have the use of the Golf Course k~o~h as City Park
<br /> Golf Course on Friday of each week.
