This includes a private car of Judge William H.Oast. The <br /> cost of the gasoiime for the private cars for the past year has run from $79.62 for the lowest amount to $281.~ <br /> for the highest amount used. <br /> I recommend that with the exception of the private car of Judge ~illiam H. <br /> Oast, a sum in the amount of $12.50 per month be allowed each employee of the City ~ho has been authorized te <br /> use his car im connection with his employment by the City of Portsmouth for city ~rposes.
