<br />the fact that the officials of the City claim that the work was not satisfactory.

<br /> Departmemt of Pablic Health and Welfare and' ~r. Chandler Harper, Golf Pro at' the Golf course, that in their opic-
<br /> ion, at least fifty p~r cent of the work was e~tirely satisfactory. I' am therefore recommending that the sum of
<br /> $358.00 be placed om its first reading for the purpose of paying this hill. t have discussed the matter with
<br /> Mr. Swain and he has agreed to accept this amount in full payment."
