Bitisoly that the City Manager be authorized to negotiate with Norfolk 0ounty <br />School authorities in trans£erring title to said building to the City of Portsmouth, was adopted. <br /> <br /> llth - "I recommend that the Council concur in the request of the Board of Directors ~of the <br />Dental Clinic of the Beazley Foundation that the Board be authorized to employ a Dental Hygienist and that an <br />appropriation in the sum of $750.00 be placed on its first reading for the purpose of paying the salary for the <br />three months ending June 3Oth, 1952." <br /> <br />reading was adopted.
