<br /> 6th - "The request of Rev. Eraest K. Emurian, Minister of the ELm Avenue Metho-
<br />dist Church to purchase or lease the old fire station building and two lots located at 1625 S. Elm Avenue at
<br />the corner of Elm Avenue and Randolph Street, was referred to the City~anager and City Attorney for a report.
<br /> We recommend that the property b~ offered fo~ sale with the Cit~ rosety-
<br />ing the rig~ht to have the use of said building for the purpose of a polling plac~ for all elections and that the
<br />City also reserve the right to purchase the property at any timewithin the next twenty years for the purpose of
<br />widening the Street at a price no greater than the amount paid to the City by the purchaser." (Signed by city
