The cos% of essential repairs will amount to <br />a considerable amount and I recommend that if a reasonable price can be received for the building that it be sold <br />and that a suits~le farm market be established elsewhere in the City. If it is not the desire of the Council to <br />dispose of the building, then it is essential that we spend several thousand dollars in necessary repairs., <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Smith that the City Manager investigate the possibility of selling the Nar- <br />ket building, was adopted. - <br /> <br /> 13th - "I desire to report for your information that it will be necessary to renew and/ <br />or replace all of the plumbing in the City Jail within the next twelve months.
