<br />made a survey of the existing conditionS. I am of the opinic~ that if one me%er is removed at the intersection
<br />~fCeur~ and Qusen Sts., two meters removed o~the west side of Middle St., att he intersection of ~ueenand
<br />· Middle Streets, and one meter removed en the east side of Middle St. at the intersection of Queen and Middle
<br />~treets, and three meters removed on Queen Street, west of Crawferd Street, where the F J Livermon garage is lo
<br />cared, this will elimina~e~ any hazard thkt now exists in traffic passing throughQueen Street.
