Eddie Howard, 1500 Harlequin Court, Chesapeake, spoke on funding the Fire <br />Department medical supplies, equipment and the purchase of an ambulance. <br /> <br />3. Gloria Cox, 715 Madison Street ¢f-406, requested funding for the Endependence <br />Center. <br /> <br />4. Sister Elaine Davia, 412 West Road, requested funding for MAPP (Medical <br />Assistance Planning Program). <br /> <br />5. Dean Burgess, 413 Middle Street, spoke on the proposed funding for the public <br />library. <br /> <br />6. Sandra Becker, P. O. Box 2187, requested funding for HER Shelter; <br /> <br />7.
