<br />but advised me that they would accept the sum of $23,0~0.00. I recommend that this offer from the Telephone
<br />Company ~o sell the building [o the City for the sum of $23,000.00 be accepted and that an appropriation in the
<br />sum of $g3,000.00 from the sale of the Y~rket Building be placed on its first reading."
