Criminal Justice Board <br /> <br />Stephen Heretick to be appointed to fill a three year term ending June 30, 2000, <br />replacing John Underwood. <br /> <br />Southeastern Virginia Job Training Administration <br /> <br />Elizabeth Lopez to be appointed to fill a two year term ending June r30; 1999, <br />replacing Katura Harvey. <br /> <br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority. <br />Ernest Hardee to be reappointed to fill a two year term ending August 31,. 1999. <br />Cultural Alliance of Greater Hampton Roads fBoard of Directors) <br />Cameron C.
