:177 <br /> <br />July 8. 1997 <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by a vote of 6-1(Ciemons). <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Benn, and seconded by Mr. Martin, pursuant to Section 2.1- <br />344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying that to the best of the Council member's <br />knowledge during the immediately preceding Executive Session of the City Council: <br /> <br /> (1) Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting <br />requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and <br /> <br /> (2) Only such public business matters as were identified in the motion by <br />which the Executive Session was convened, were heard, discussed or considered in <br />the meeting by the City Council. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned at 12:20 a.m. <br /> <br />APPROVED- <br /> <br />Dr. James W.
