<br /> by the City Collector. It was determined that all of the Water Bond funds would not be needed at the present
<br /> tirae and that the City could invest a portion of ~hese funds to earn interest.
<br /> The Finance Committee, consisting of the Mayor, the City Manager, the
<br /> City Attorney, the City Auditor and City Collector, met and determined ~hat the best rate of interes~ the City
