<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council, held on May 27th, 1957, there were present:

<br /> "At a meeting on May 2nd, 1957, the Planning Commission considered zoning petitions
<br />which had been received during the months of March and April. In accordance with the policy recently adopted by
<br />the Planning Commission, no public hearings were hold on these, petitions. The following petitions for amendments
<br />to the zoning map were reviewed and subsequent recommendations are recorded for your consideration.
<br /> Approval of the following petitions is recommended by unanimous vote:
<br /> 1. Alice Mason:to rezone property located on-the southeast corner of Cuthrell and
<br /> Van Buren Sts., fronting 100 ft. on Cuthrell St. by 100 feet deep on Van Buren
