Smith to go into the election of a Chaplain to the Coancil <br />for the months of Octbber, November and December, was adopted. <br /> <br />Hr. Smith nominated Rabbi Arzt. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman that the nominations be closed and that Rabbi A.David Arzt <br />be unanimously elected, was adopted. <br /> <br /> 57-359 - Notion of Mr. Weiseman to go into the election of a Chairman of the Supplem <br />mental Retirement and Fire and ,Police Trustees, was adopted. <br /> <br />Hr. Minton nominated R. R.
