<br />geng real estage appraiser was employed to assist in this analysis.
<br /> We find that the Board made a number of spot reductions in land vaIdes, creating in our
<br />opinion gross inequalities when these reduced assessmengs are compared g? the assessments on adjacent lands. We
<br />also find several insgsnces where the assessed values of buildings have been reduced .~o the point that in our
<br />opinion gross inequalities have ? been created. -
<br /> The attached schedule shows pertinent daga on the a ssessmengs in question. The number of
<br /> assessmengs involved is 37, the reduction in assessed values is $391,780.00, and the annual tax loss is $9r794-50
<br /> In order to assure an equal spread of the tax burden, I recommend that the City institute the statutory,, process
