"Be it Resolved by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it is neces- <br />sary for the City to acquire the fee .simple title in mud to the following described tract of land, together with <br />temporary construction and demolition easements in and to adjoining land, for use tn the widening and mmprovement <br />of Elm Avenue, Project 001Y-124-101, the record title to said property be~fig fin the n&meE of Albert L. Tweed and <br />~illiamM.
