<br />which should amount to around $8,000.00 based on the average attendance in other cities of the South Atlantic
<br />League, of which this team would be a member. The City would he required To maintain the Stadium and pay the
<br />cost of the lighting.
<br /> It is my opinion that it would be about a break-even proposition as far as the
<br />revenue and expense of this operation is concerned. If the City is favorable to the .signing of a lease, it
<br />should be expedited as soon as possible in order that the 'baseball owners my proceed with their plans to locate

<br />mission and I recommend its approval by the City Council. This is the long range plan for streets and highways
<br />and includes proPOsed new high, rays as well as ones that have been completed. I would like to call attention to
<br />the relocation of Glasgow St., and a proposed, interchange in connection with the new tunnel road. It is neces-
<br />sary for the. Council to approve this plan in order~that it maybe submitted to the Highway Department in order
<br />that the City can qualify for urban aid on highway construction."

<br />delay the construction of au incinerator mbut unless it is built we can not eliminate the land fill operation and
<br />burning. If the incinerator is no~ built, it will he necessary. ~o purchase land for a land fill operation and
<br />continue to inconvenience many of the citizens with theburning of.the trash and garbage.
