<br />Airline Boulevard. This is ~eeessary for the widening and improvement of this street under the Highway Program
<br />previously approved."

<br />OF 1958, SAID PROPERTIES BEING NECESSARY 'FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF AIRLI}~ BOULEVARD"

<br />reading. T his ordinance closes a small portion of a cul-de-sac at the end of Thelmar Lane to allow a proper~y
<br />owner to construct a house on his property and conform to the Building Code and Zoning requirements. This has
<br />been approved by the Planning Commission."

<br /> 60-327 -~ "The William B. MacDonald Jr, Corporation has requested a lease on the
<br />Portsmouth Municipal Stadium to conduct professional baseball games, the lease ~o stipulate the payment of
<br />$600.00 rental for the period January 2nd, 1961 zo September 30th, 1961 and the privilege of selling beer at
<br />the baseball games; no beer to be sold a~ any High School or youth activities.
