Vernon Avenue between Frederick Boulevard and High St. <br /> It has .been our experience that s preponderance of our customers use Mt. Vernon Ave. <br />in a southerly direction from High St. to reach Mid City Shopping Center. <br /> We ask that the ordinance involved not be enacted until Hamilton Ave. has become an <br />improved ~wo way thoroughfare.
