<br />Professional Building was discussed. The question of installing parking me,ers on Washington St. between Lon-
<br />don and Queen Sts. was investigated and we find that a maximum of fourteen me~ers could be installed in this
<br />block.
<br />The parking ~ot ia the rear of the Juvenile Court is presently being prepared
<br />ro accommodate parking. We will have available in this lot a minimum of sixteen parking spaces for the public.

<br />parking lot has been in operation sufficient zime To see how effective it w-ill be."
