We herewith respectfully submit our report of findings and <br />opinions: <br /> (1). Your viewers found that- subject area of Gilmerton Boulevard is merely a platted, but <br /> unimproved street, ar presen~ overgrown with trees and underbrush and inaccessible to <br /> vehicular traffic. <br /> (~) We made an 'on site' inspection of the general area, using available maps and plats of <br /> said are~ that showed related streets as well as the location of adjoining property owners <br /> in relation to subject area of Gilmerton Boulevard. <br /> (3) After consultation, your viewers arrived at the unanimous opinzon that (s) the closing of <br /> subject area of Gilmerton Boulevard, would not result in any inconvenience to the general <br /> public or to any adjoining properEy owners; (b) normal ingress and egress to related pro- <br /> perties would not be impaired; (c) said closing would in no manner adversely affect normal <br /> traffic flow in the area. <br /> <br />Signed this 14th day,of January 1961 <br /> <br />J.
