The realtors of Por~m~ut~'*~eel, that a fair and equitable assessment is of paramount importance to <br />everyone in 'the City. It is our opinion that this form of taxation, properly executed by qualified personnel, is <br />the only way to obtain quali~y of. values. We feel that good public'relations with the citizens of Portsmouth, <br />pertaining Go this assessment, is of utmost importance. Therefore, we offer the Council and the new assessor, when <br />appointed, our services along with any assistance we can render in order ~o assist in the successful execution of <br />this most important program~ Signed Herbert E.
