<br />61-172 - The following petition regarding condition of dwelling at 312 Chautauqua Avenue
<br />
<br /> "This building is in a very run down delapidated and disreputable state of repair. In
<br />our opinion, it is both a fire and health hazard for the neighborhood. It is really an eyesore no look at.
<br /> Therefore, we, the undersigned, being residents and home owners in the three hundred
<br />block of Chautauqua andMaryland Avenues, do hereby petition the Council to bring about some action which will
<br />cause the owners of said building to either put it in a decenu state of repair, or remove it from our neighborhood
<br />

<br />61-173 - The following communication from Charles B. Richardson was read:

<br /> "Please place me on the agenda of the Council meeting of June 27, 1961, in order that
<br />may present a petition asking that High's Ice Cream Company be refrained from operating on Sunday, as they sell
<br />great many commodities that grocery stores sell that have to close on Sunday."
<br />
<br />Motion of Mr. Weiseman to suspend the rules to hear from Mr. Richardson was adopted.
