<br />Department of Health, Education and Welfare - Public Health Service:
<br /> 1. Approval of final plans and specifications.
<br /> 2. Submission of an opinion from an Attorney that the necessary sites and
<br /> easements and/or rights of way have been obtained and that they are free
<br /> of any restrictions or encumbrances that might restrict their use for the
<br /> purpose intended. This opinion must be submitted to this office for ap -
<br /> proval prior to award of construction contracts.

<br /> since it is a ~rolongation thereof.
<br />5. Under Item 144 it was found that Third St. is a prolongation of a
<br /> street known as Raven St. so it was determined that the entire
<br /> thoroughfare should be called Raven St.
