<br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes to concur in the recommendation of the City Manager and that the
<br />proper City officials be authorized to sign the agreemens, was adopted, without dissenting vote.
<br />
<br /> 62-27 - "I.recommend that I be authorized to advertise for bids for the street and utili-
<br />ty work in connection with the Lincolnsville Project. This will include the.realignment of the streets 5o conform
<br />to the plan as adopted, also storm drainage and sewer lines 5o be built.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman to concur zn the recommendation of the City Manager was adopted,
<br />without dissenting vote.
<br />
<br /> 62-28 - "Bids were opened on January 25, 1962 for the construction of sanitary sewers
<br />and force main to serve Simonsdnle, Century Homes and Mimosa Road area. Attached hereto is a list of the bids re-
<br />ceived. A. G. Pinkston Company being the low bidder, I recommend that I be authorized 5o award the contract to
<br />this firm subject to the approval of the Health, Education and Welfare Department. This approval is necessary to
<br />obtain the $126,0G0.00 grant available 50 the City on this project."

<br />On motion of Mr. Dillon, the recommendation of the City Manager was approved, without
<br />
<br />dissenting vote.
<br />
<br /> 62-29 - "I recommend an appropriation of $40,000.00 be placed on first reading for the
<br />construction of a building to house the Maintenance Department and the Traffic Department this building to be
<br />constructed on the new Incinerator: site and to be approximately 90 x 200 feet. :It will be of construction similar
<br />to the addition made to the City Garage."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman to concur in the recommendation of the City Manager and to place
<br />an appropriation Of $40,000~00 on first reading for said purpose was adopted, without dissenting vote.
