February 13th, 1962 <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes to concur in the recommendation of the City Manager and that the <br />proper City officials be authorized to sign the agreemens, was adopted, without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> 62-27 - "I.recommend that I be authorized to advertise for bids for the street and utili- <br />ty work in connection with the Lincolnsville Project. This will include the.realignment of the streets 5o conform <br />to the plan as adopted, also storm drainage and sewer lines 5o be built. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Weiseman to concur zn the recommendation of the City Manager was adopted, <br />without dissenting vote. <br /> <br /> 62-28 - "Bids were opened on January 25, 1962 for the construction of sanitary sewers <br />and force main to serve Simonsdnle, Century Homes and Mimosa Road area. Attached hereto is a list of the bids re- <br />ceived. A. G. Pinkston Company being the low bidder, I recommend that I be authorized 5o award the contract to <br />this firm subject to the approval of the Health, Education and Welfare Department.
