On motion of Mr. Leary, the attached ordinance was approved on first reading, without dissenting vote: "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2-67 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1961, TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE ADVISORY BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS TO SEVEN MEMBERS." 62-201 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend that it be placed on first reading.. ' 62-203 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend that lit be placed on first reading. This ordinance repeals Sections 33-1 through 33-22 of the Portsmouth City Code of 1961 relating to tattooing.
