<br /> This appropriates $2.,500~00 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of property from the
<br />Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company. This is adjacent to city owned property at Dale Field~
<br /> The land is to be used for recreational~purposes.and replaces property that was taken by the con-
<br />struction of Interstate 264."

<br />forth in the resolution and examined the premises and the alleys proposed to be closed.
<br /> It is. the opinio5 of the viewers that no inconvenience will be caused to the~public in the discon-
<br />tinuance and vacation in the alleys as se~ forth in the resolution; that the two alleys on ~he Plat of Craford
<br />Place have never been opened on the ground; do no~ serve any purpose to exist and are too narrow to be of any use.
