No local cash match is required. <br />The Community Services Board is providing in-kind match through the <br />provision of support services. <br /> <br />· This transfer is the remaining balance of the grant that can be used as <br /> needed for eligible persons. <br /> <br />· Program participants contribute 30% of income to rent. <br /> <br />· When income exceeds $15,000, participants must leave the apartment <br /> but can still receive support services. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Clemons, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to transfer <br />$673,920 from the Grants Contingency Account for the Shelter Plus Care <br />Program, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Clemons, Griffin, Martin, Pitts, Robinett, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />98-83 Adoption of a motion to transfer $100,D00 from the Grants <br /> Contingency Account for a Performing Arts Program, "Operation <br /> PAC: The House." <br /> <br /> <br />
