<br />his business as of June 50, 1965.

<br /> He operated for a two-month period on a new business license, paid in
<br />the amount of $256.49. Based on his sale~ for the two months' period, his license would amount to $72.86
<br />as computed by the Commissioner of Revenue.
<br />
<br /> I recommend that a refund of 183.65 be granted Mr. Andrews."
