<br />This amends various sections of the City Cede pertaining to motor vehicles.
<br /> These amendments are necessary in order that our Code will conform with the
<br />State Code.

<br /> The last session of the General Assembly made revisions in the State Code;
<br />therefore, it is necessary that we conform to these revisions in the Cit, y Code~"
