"RESOLUTION :A~TH~RIZING';'tHE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY
<br />PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HARBOR COURT PARKING GARAGE TO THE
<br />PORTSMOUTH PARKING AUTHORITY, OR THE PORTSMOUTH
<br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AS HE MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE.
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the
<br />City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute such deed, or
<br />to the Portsmouth Parking Authority, or Portsmouth Redevelopment an¢
<br />Housing Authority for the Harbor Court Parking Garage as he may deem to be
<br />appropriate, and in the best interest of the City, conveying, but not limited, to
<br />the following described property, to-wit:

<br />PARCEL 1: A'II that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the
<br />buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in
<br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and
<br />designated as Parcel "A" on a certain survey entitled: "Plat
<br />Showing a Portion of Crawford Harbor Project, Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority",
<br />dated May 21, 1980, made by Robert T. Addison & Associates,
<br />Ltd., Surveying-Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia, which said plat
<br />is duly recorded in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Map Book
<br />11, at page 49,

<br />PARCEL 2: All those certain pieces or parcels of land, situate,
<br />lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and
<br />known numbered and designated as Parcel "A-1, as shown on
<br />that certain plat entitled: "Plat Showing Exchange of Properties
<br />Between Parcels "A" & "B", Crawford Harbor Project, Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment And Authority," dated
<br />October 29, 1980, revised September 23, 1981, and recorded in
<br />the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of the Circuit
<br />Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 11, at page
<br />111.

<br />LESS, SAVE AND EXCEPT all that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
<br />and being in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known numbered
<br />and designated as Parcel "B-I" as shown on that certain plat entitled "Plat
<br />Showing Exchange of Properties Between Parcels "A" & "B", Crawford Harbor
<br />Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment And Authority,"
<br />dated October 29, 1980, revised September 23, 1981, and recorded in the
<br />Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of the Circuit Court of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 11, at page 111.

<br />PARCEL 3: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, With the
<br />buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in
<br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated
<br />as Parcel "E", as shown on a certain survey entitled: "Plat of
<br />Property Conveyed to Portsmouth Hotel Associates, Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia," made by Langley and McDonald, a Professional
<br />Corporation, Engineers-Planners-Surveyors, Virginia, dated
<br />October 15, 1980, and revised December 29, 1980, January 2, 1981,
<br />and January 6, 1981.

<br />PARCEL 4: A permanent and perpetual right of Way and easement
<br />on that certain property described as follows to-wit:
