<br /> 67-192 - "Bids were received on June 19, 1967, for hospitalization plan for City employees. This
<br />plan would provide a maximum life time benefit of $10,000.00, a 100% of covered hospitalization charges
<br />up to $1,000.00, co-insured coverage charges equal to 80% of hospitalization charges in
<br />excess of S1,000.
<br /> Ten (10) insurance companies submitted proposals, however, one company did not
<br />submit their bid based on the specifications, therefore, it was ruled out. These bids were submitted
<br />to the actuarial firm of Bowles, Andrews and To,me. This firm's analysis of proposals is submitted
<br />in a written report on these bids.
