<br /> 68-211 - "I submit' the attached ordinance and recommend it becplaced on first reading. This closes
<br />an unopened alleyway located in block 53 of the plat of Churchland Land Company. This also closes an unopened
<br />portion of B.S$~eet as shown on the plat of the L~urchland Land Company and an unopened alleyway located in
<br />block 52 of the plat of the Churchland Land Company.

<br /> The owner of the adjacent property desires to develop an apartment complex on this property and it is
<br />necessary that this unopened street and alleyway De closed.
<br />
<br />This has been approved by the Planning Commission and a report of the viewers is attached hereto."
