<br /> Motion of Mr. Smith to amend the motion to include any other schools in the City needing sidewalk improve-

<br /> 68-572 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first reading. This ordinance
<br />requires property owners to remove shrubbery, trash receptacles, etc. from encroaching on public alleys. At
<br />the present time we have no provision requiring the property ownerst~o remove these encroachments.
<br /> It is necessary that these encroacl~ments be removed in order that our tmucks can collect the trash and
<br />garbage through the alleys."
