NovemBer 12. 1968 <br /> <br />Motion of Mr. Johnson to concur in the recommendation of the CiZy Manager. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Smith to amend the motion to include any other schools in the City needing sidewalk improve- <br />ment, was lost, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Holley, Smith, Turner <br />Nays: Barnes, Eastes, Johnson, King <br /> <br />Vote being taken, Mr. Johnson's motion was adopted, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Hastes, Johnson, King, Smith <br /> Nays: Molley, Turner <br /> <br /> 68-572 - "I submit the attached ordinance and recommend it be placed on first reading. This ordinance <br />requires property owners to remove shrubbery, trash receptacles, etc. from encroaching on public alleys.
