Petition Z 69-46 - B. M. and Ruth F. Schwetz and M. B. Wilkins No one spoke. Motion of Mr. Johnson that the application be referred back to the planning Commission and City Attorney for study of all junk yards, and to bring back to Council a recommendation, was adopted, without dissenting vote. Petition Z 69-47 - David C. and Clara. w. Peoples and Ruth C. Angle Mrs. Stallings spoke. On motion of Mr. Turner, the following ordinance was approved on first reading, without dissenting vote: "ZONING A~I~NDIYMNT ORDINANCE Z 69-47" Use Permit 69-18 - Petition of Curtis Coan Metal Company No one spoke. Motion of Mr. Smith to refer this petition back to the Planning Commission, with other junk yard petitions was adopted, without diSsening vote. Use Permit 69-19 - Cavalier Estates Development Corporation Raeford Eure spoke. Motion of Mr. Turner to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the following resolution was adopted, without dissenting vote: "A RESOL~F!ON GRAN~ftNG A USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION OF A SEWAGE PU~ING STATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE INTEP~TATE 264 SERVICE ROAD AND THE WESTERN BROPERTY LINE OF THE LAKEVIEW ELEkrENTARY SO. fOOL SITE, UP-69-19 I'~ttEREAS, Cavalier Estates Development 6orporation has made an application pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, for ~he granting of a use permit as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the applicant, the Planning Director and the City Manager have done all things required to be done in connection with said ~pplication, and the Planning Commission has recommended the granting of said use permit, afl, jest to the conditions hereinafter stated.
