Kitrell is hereby granted a use permit for the operation of an <br />automotive service station upon the hereinafter described property subject to site <br />plan restrictions and subject to the requirement that he provide and maintain a <br />planting screen of Lombardy Poplar or similar ~egetation, at least ten feet in height, <br />and to be planted along the rear lot line of the parcel of land described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the south side of Victory Boulevard approximate 659 feet southeast from the <br />intersection of Gust Lane and Victory Boulevard; thence running southeast along Victory <br />Boulevard; thence running southeast along Victory Boulevard 1S0 feet; thence southwest <br />202 feet to a line; thence northwest along a line 127 feet; thence northeast 172 feet <br />to the point of origin." <br /> <br /> <br />
